After selecting an apartment and confirming availability, you will receive booking details and a guest agreement outlining the terms of your stay.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received and the guest agreement is accepted.

How long can I stay?

S4U specializes in short-term stays, including extended stays of one month or longer, depending on availability.All stays are considered temporary lodging accommodations and are not residential leases.

How do payments work?

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking and may include:

  • Nightly or monthly accommodation charges
  • Applicable taxes and fees
  • A security deposit, if required

Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?
